only listen to this if you can sleep 8 hrs every night without fail. if you have sleep issues if any kind, stay away from this book. I cannot believe he said that getting 7 hrs of sleep for 10 days straight is the equivalent of 24 hrs of no sleep. that you need 8hrs or more for athletic performance? Kobi Bryant we t by on 4 pretty much every night to practice at 3 am (though I wouldn't recommend). it would be far more reasonable to advise people to go to bed when you are sleepy and get up when done with sleep, instead of being dragged out of bed by an alarm.

Some stuff I already knew but a refresher never hurt anyone. He uses the word 'mentally tough' a lot, nonetheless the content is good and so is the narrator. If you don't sweat the small stuff, you'll make it to the end and gain a lot. I found 'Chapter 6: Step outside your comfort zone' particularly intriguing. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to level up.

some good info and some seriously misleading, I couldn't believe she said 'napping between a few minutes to 4 hours is ok'. I had to go back and confirm what I had just heard. Way to really mess up your sleep later. I am fascinated with the science of sleep, so I have read/listened to my more than enough on the subject. my advice: don't believe EVERYTHING she says.

the part on sleep is ok, but overall could not keep my attention. too much scientific terms without much practicality. I prefer 'Make it stick' by Henry R. or :ultra kearning'.

She brings up many good points that are not addressed in bestselling books on the subjects and extends her advice far beyond studying techniques. I am glad I stumbled upon this audible original, Let's put it this way: I listened to it TWICE.

I thought this book would focus on mindfulness and the present moment, but it barely touches on the topic. instead it's all about how to become enlightened. not for me. yet.

this book is repetitive and too religious. the obstacle is the way by Ryan holiday, has the same message and is is a better fit for me.

good content on the basics of mindfulness, even if it wasn't, I could listen to the narrators all day. it is calming and perfect for the subject. his voice is so soothing that I found myself listening to him while I fall asleep. A couple of times he said something that did not make much sense, but overall I got the info I was after.
