This book explains the negotiating process in a well laid out and detailed manner. I recommend reading 3 times through and combining their methods with Chris Voss' which are in his book, "Never Split The Difference". Negotiating is like a muscle that needs to be constantly worked and built upon. Enjoy the journey!
