Prophetic and valuable
Revisado: 02-20-23
This book clarifies many of the current issues of our time with Readings from Akkadian cuneiform text showing these things are not new, but a repeat of ancient time. It is clear that Cohn’s ability to put these things together comes from a higher power with a view that sees the parallels and can present them to us.

Wow, Rand Paul leaves no stone unturned, fearless
Revisado: 06-09-15
What's the biggest problem with candidates or politicians today, ok that's a loaded question but I can pick one thing, fear. They fear truth and fear crossing the line with their party. Not Rand Paul. He will not disappoint in this book. He is open and lays out his ideas and philosophy.
Rand stands up to the establishment and tells you the new party he sees and projects to be coming alive today in the U.S.
Highly recommend for voter ages and anyone not looking for status quo

Amazing story and performance, another brilliant work by the master
Revisado: 06-07-15
Lewis outdoes himself on Killdeer Trail. Having listened to all the previous trail series, this one is certainly one of my favorites. With several of the Lewis's characters on tap, Lewis ups his game and brings to life additional characters with a more intriguing dialogue along the way. The story continues to pick up steam and has a great deal of emotion to the end. The protagonist Rubin Biehler develops quite well and has matured from his earlier incarnations.
Highly recommend this book for the western lovers.

Why we think it’s a great listen: You thought he was a stodgy scientist with funny hair, but Isaacson and Hermann reveal an eloquent, intense, and selfless human being who not only shaped science with his theories, but politics and world events in the 20th century as well. Based on the newly released personal letters of Albert Einstein, Walter Isaacson explores how an imaginative, impertinent patent clerk became the mind reader of the creator of the cosmos.

Great history and inside the mind of the man. A history lesson of the world and some great minds who were part of it at the time. Highly recommend

Very edge of your seat, gear narration
Revisado: 03-22-15
If you like Holmes and the stories told by Doyle, then prepare yourself for none of that. This is a spin off from Doyle but done so well with plenty of familiar characters you won't feel like you're in the wrong place. Horowitz plays out his narrative with his style placed in a familiar setting and all the Doyle ground work is well used to build his story on. This should prove an excellent listen as the narration was nothing short of totally brilliant. Top shelf production. Highly recommend.
