Historia
Joe Goldberg is no stranger to hiding bodies. In the past 10 years, this 30-something has buried four of them, collateral damage in his quest for love. Now he's heading west to Los Angeles, the city of second chances, determined to put his past behind him. In Hollywood, Joe blends in effortlessly with the other young upstarts. He eats guac, works in a bookstore, and flirts with a journalist neighbor. But while others seem fixated on their own reflections, Joe can't stop looking over his shoulder.

Kepnes hits a home run with sequel to You
Revisado: 03-12-16
Joe Goldberg is the most likable serial killer
since Dexter. Not only does he kill rather unlikable victims, he totally skewers social media,
pop culture and the self centered Hollywood
Entertainment industry.
Santino Fontana's narration makes a great,
innovated novel even greater.
I LOVED IT!!!

Historia
John Wells has just barely managed to stop an operation designed to drive the United States and Iran into war, but the instigator himself disappeared behind an impenetrable wall of security. Now it's time for him to pay, and Wells has made it his personal mission. There are plenty of crosscurrents at work, though. The White House doesn't want anybody stirring the pot; his old CIA bosses have their own agendas; and other countries are starting to sniff around, sensing something unusual.

Historia
Six days ago, astronaut Mark Watney became one of the first people to walk on Mars. Now, he's sure he'll be the first person to die there. After a dust storm nearly kills him and forces his crew to evacuate while thinking him dead, Mark finds himself stranded and completely alone with no way to even signal Earth that he's alive - and even if he could get word out, his supplies would be gone long before a rescue could arrive. Chances are, though, he won't have time to starve to death. The damaged machinery, unforgiving environment, or plainold "human error" are much more likely to kill him first.

A REALLY GOOD BOOK MADE GREAT BY THE NARRATOR.
Revisado: 12-08-15
The Martian is an exciting, suspenseful, fast paced and sometimes very funny novel.
It is made even better by the narrator R C Bray. He captures the mood and the
pace of the novel beautifully. Never has such a technically driven story been as
entertaining to the average reader. I am looking forward to Andy Weir's next book.

This was book was much more fast paced than most of his previous novels.
I was also glad to see a split between Kate and John. It was time.

Fast moving and suspenseful. Orlagh Cassidy has a tough time getting into the
different characters she plays. Her voice always has that same little southern twang..

Boring, slow moving Dean Koontz novel.
Revisado: 01-05-14
I've read almost all of Dean Koontz's novels and have enjoyed them very much over the years, but his last INNOCENCE, is a huge disappointment. It is excruciatingly boring and
I had a very hard time getting through it. The two main characters are so pious and just too good to be believable. I have also found that his most recent series of the Odd Thomas novels have much of the same characteristics and I have passed on the last two.
I don't like giving one of my favorite writers such a poor review, but he deserves it with his
effort..

- A John Wells Novel, Book 7
- De: Alex Berenson

Could be Berenson's best John Wells thriller!
Revisado: 08-16-13
Alex Berenson and narrator George Guidall combine for the best John Wells thriller so far.
Its filled with great characters. The least of which is Elliot Schaffer Well's friend and mentor at the CIA. He brings great comic relief to Berenson's dark plot.
Its not often that an author's 7th novel in a series is his best, but in this case it is.
George Guidall's narration is teriffic as usual. He is one of the best along with David Colacci.
If you are already a fan of these books, don't miss this one!!

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Scott Brick?
David Collacci
What character would you cut from The Survivor?

I have read several of Gregg Hurwitz's books. This is the first one I have not liked.

Historia
Given the importance of what they do, and the controversies that often surround them, and the violent people they sometimes confront, it is remarkable that in the history of this country only four active federal judges have been murdered. Judge Raymond Fawcett has just become number five.... Nothing is as it seems and everything’s fair game in this wickedly clever new novel from John Grisham, the undisputed master of the legal thriller.

Would you be willing to try another one of J.D. Jackson’s performances?
Probably not
What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?
disappointment
Any additional comments?
Some writers get better with time, not John Grisham. He has been very good getting yourattention in the beginning of his novels then disappointing you with a weak ending. He did neither with The Rackateer. It just fell flat. I dont think JD Jackson's performance helped it at all.
