I've read this book twice now. Once before the audio came out, and now on Audible. The story was engrossing, intriguing, and captivating BOTH times, and I rarely read books twice. So, don't hesitate ti read this bc it will suck u in! The narration was phenomenal as well!

Patricia Briggs has ruined this series by going woke. I've read this series for years, but won't be continuing my reading journey with this series or this author any longer. Go woke, go broke, and I won't be supporting this author going fwd. This used to be an excellent Series, but now is ruined. I want to escape the world when I read, not be bombarded with the same woke stuff that's bring shoved down our throats in the real world 24/7. Save ur money, save ur credits bc this time Briggs can't read a room.

Loved the storyline, and it ended way too soon!! The female narrator was a bit stiff and could use some improvement, but not so bad I couldn't listen. Hopefully, she'll improvement in future books.

The story is good. However, it is SHORT!! My bad for not noticing and using a credit on it. Don't be like me! I wouldn't have used a credit on this book had I noticed how short it was. Won't be continuing the series.

I enjoyed the entire series thoroughly! There r several reviews saying the male narrator in the later books put them off, but I don't agree. I almost didn't read the series bc of what was said about the male narrator, but I'm SO glad I did! This series is definitely worth your time!!
