Historia
When the United States crumbles, and services stop, there's only one thing to do... take your family and run. What reviewers are saying: "I love a good post apocalyptic book and this was right up there with the best." "The characters are great and come to life... No zombies to worry about just the dying and living." "After reading this book I would not be surprised if apocalypse would happen like this." Infection (Book One) The countdown to the end of the world begins silently. No one realizes there's a deadly illness spreading like wildfire until it's too late. With few symptoms, victims ...

AI is hard to follow no emotions so hard to follow at certain times
Revisado: 12-10-24
the story was very interesting and probable I liked how it went the only thing is with the AI it's hard to follow the storyline when it changes from different characters or if they're happy or excited or sad it's not expressed with the AI so therefore it's hard to get the meaning of which the author was trying to use and I find that I have to rewind to find out if I miss something

some things should be included in the tag
Revisado: 09-30-24
if you're going to add transgender issues into your storyline it would be nice if there was a tag letting me know so I wouldn't waste my money on it. I'm all okay with the lesbian love story the thing I can't stand is the transgender propaganda sorry that's just how I see it and I'm entitled to my opinion if you're going to have it in your stories you should at least have it as a tag

hard to follow
Revisado: 09-27-24
I hate when they use the virtual voice AI that is heartless and has no soul because you can't tell when it's an important part of the story line because the voice is so flat you don't know who's talking at a certain point the characters are hard to distinguish and follow along with the storyline

I actually really like this story was hoping there would be a follow-up to one of the events that they did . I don't want to make a spoiler but it has potential to go further in a story line

not the story it portrayed if you're going to put transgender in your stories you should probably list it as one of the tags.

it was great until it went from apocalyptic fighting zombie mushroom people to where it started to be a transgender propaganda crap... was great until the story turned to that... if I would have known it was borderline on that kind of shit... I wouldn't listen to it and I wouldn't have spent my money on it....if you're going to put that in there you should put it as one of the tags.. it may be somebody's cup of tea but it's not all of our cup of tea...

Having endured gut-wrenching emotional trials and hordes of inhuman enemies, I’ve rapidly become the leader of a small, yet ever-growing, community of survivors. With supplies thinning, I reluctantly agree to return to town for the first time in weeks. My wife and I run into more than just a multitude of murderous monsters. please get rid of virtual voice it doesn't give the right emotions or punctuations in the right spot and you have to rewind the story to make sure that you're understanding it correctly. I've gone through all of the books except for the ones that are sidelines. I just hate the virtual voice!!

so glad they didn't use AI to read the story..
Revisado: 03-11-24
Thank you very much for using an actual person to do the audio reading. I am so tired of the AI that has no emotion and cannot explain or tell the story correctly. With that said I listen to a lot of zombie books and this one wasn't bad there's some moments where you're like well why won't they do this or why won't they do that. but all in all the storyline was good... I am going to listen to book two..

get rid of the virtual voice
Revisado: 02-15-24
Okay this is the second book that I've listened to with virtual voice.. let's just call it what it is AI and it sucks. I hate when the storyline sounds dead because there is no emotion where there needs to be. Without the emotions there are times where you have to go back and listen to a part because you don't know which character is speaking. They all sound the same flat with no definition. I like it when somebody reads the book and you can tell the difference between the characters and the storyline has more personality with the AI it sounds completely dead.
