Very inspiring

My daughter and I have observed Nathan Chen from when he was a little boy skating at the same skating rink as my daughter up to the latest Olympics. I always wondered what he had to go through to get to where he was especially at the 2018 Olympics, and also during the Covid Olympics in 2022. This book explained exactly what he had to go through to get where he was and his emotions. This book helped me appreciate his hard work and perseverance. Thanks Nathan for being such a strong example to the world!

I have read lots of health books and this one seemed to sum them all up! Talks about keto, paleo, fasting, high fat, low carbs etc. I will bet most of your questions will be addressed in this book concerning your health and how to get healthy and feeling better. The narrator adds so much personality which is an added bonus!

I Love the “UltraMind Solution” book

I have read at least 6 other Mark Hyman books and everyone has been so helpful to getting me off my medications for diabetes, blood pressure and cholesterol. His books guided me on how to finally lose 25 lbs which I thought I could do on my own for 20 years. I chose this book because I was having depression and I felt it was more chemical imbalances. Right away, Dr Hyman mentioned possibilities of magnesium deficiencies could cause depression along with muscle tightness which I have had for a long time and was worsening. I increased magnesium as directed and notice a huge difference. Thanks Dr Hyman for all your efforts! I feel better now at 60 than I have in the last 20 years!
