GoodVoice!
Revisado: 06-29-24
I am pretty picky about the reader's voice, but this reader did a great job. The book was difficult to finish because it felt as though the Anne's escapades were fairly repetitive. Looking forward to moving into the next book of the series.

Lapena Did it Again
Revisado: 04-01-24
I always appreciate a Lapena book. Shows the ugliest parts of people but in different ways for each character in each book. My fifth book by her and I'm surprised in each one. Voice actor wonderful as well.

Historia
When beautiful, reckless Southern belle Zelda Sayre meets F. Scott Fitzgerald at a country club dance in 1918, she is seventeen years old and he is a young army lieutenant stationed in Alabama. Before long, the "ungettable" Zelda has fallen for him despite his unsuitability: Scott isn't wealthy or prominent or even a Southerner, and keeps insisting, absurdly, that his writing will bring him both fortune and fame. Her father is deeply unimpressed.

An incredibly well read tragedy
Revisado: 12-14-16
I cannot believe how good this story was read, each accent performed was superb. The story on the other hand was surprisingly tragic, well written, and very insightful, but difficult emotionally at times. I certainly wouldn't take back reading it!
