Entertaining, Educational, and inspiring
Revisado: 03-08-25
As put by Fr. Mark Mary in the Rosary in A Year episode, it is like “homeschooling for adults.” It is like sitting around the kitchen table learning cool Catholic stuff!

Good content, irritating AI voice
Revisado: 11-12-24
I listen to this because it was free and was curious if the AI voice was an issue. At first it wasn’t and reminded me of the AI voice in a popular TV show called Eureka. It is exactly the same Voice! Unfortunately, I think we are used to, hearing human voices that fluctuate more and it started to get irritating after a few chapters. I still listen to the content, but wish the author would go ahead and read the book. I got many good takeaways from this book. I think it’s worth listening.

For those who want to run forever
Revisado: 09-26-18
If you hate running, run injured, or stopped running because of an injury, then this book is for you. Dr. Mark's advice worked for my husband and I years ago when we were slaves to wearing custom orthotics. The idea of walking around barefoot seemed impossible as well as the notion that we would be running pain-free again. Through his sound advice (now contained in his book), you can learn proper form, cadence, and strengthening techniques to run pain free for the rest of your life. The pdf's were helpful and I am now using these techniques to keep youth in a Cross Country team from making the same mistakes I made. I highly recommend this book if you want to enjoy running again!
