Blown away by this masterpiece!! The I JUST finished listening and am still processing and digesting this incredible book. Let me tell you, YOU WANT THIS AUDIOBOOK. This is some of THE BEST duet narration I have EVER heard. I don't know whose voice I'm more in love with. They were both perfection. I'll update when I'm done processing this book. All I know is I felt things. SHOOT I forgot to mention the Music!

I wasn't ready!!!

I was NOT Ready For how amazing this audio production would be. First off, the narrators were PERFECTION. I loved all the music and sound effects. Next level!! One thing I'll say was, this is not a spicy book. But it is steamy slow burn!!! The dynamic between the 2 MC's was fire. Fated mates is not a personal favorite of mine, BUT I really liked how this author did it. It didn't feel too insta-love. Which for me is a plus! I can't wait to see how their relationship grows. This book was adventurous, and engaging. So good. I can not wait for book 2!!

It rarely happens that a book surprises me that much! But it did! I loved this book. High fantasy, court politics, war, romance. It a wild ride and the narrators nailed it. Perfect voice cast for this book! I'll definitely be listening to the next book! I'm hooked!!

Vampire Diaries x Twilight in all the best ways!

Easy 5 stars! Fast paced, and soooo addictive! First time reading a fantasy book with an FMC battling chronic and terminal illness. As someone who has dealt with chronic illness, that made me love it even more.
This book gave me twilight meets vampire diaries vibes. Cas was awkward in the best way and so relatable as she falls in love with the mysterious Damien, who is going to be everyone's new book boyfriend. He's perfect, but not too perfect.
Narrators were phenomenal ☆☆☆☆☆
Captured these characters so well. Ready for book two!
