Revisado: 04-23-24
Great tips and insight about dating, healthy relationships, accountability, marriage, STDs, consequences, divorce, online dating, safety, counciling, what the Bible says about God's will for our lives and so, so much more. I will definitely have my teens listen to this so that they can properly prepare for a healthy and fulfilling relationship should our Lord will it.
Thank you Mr. Chun. Your book is really practical and so detailed. All the best. ~Maria

Detailed, Informative & Entertaining
Revisado: 12-08-22
I loved Eat Smarter. I'm inspired by Shawn's story in that he was able to heal his body with proper and tested nutrition and now sharing his expertise with us.
Shawn was so detailed and insightful in the what, why, and how that I felt there were no questions unanswered. I learned quite a bit and can't stress the amount of detail that was provided. Not to mention, he provided an incredible Eat Smarter PDF resource to refer to.
Shawn's voice is so smooth and so inviting and loved him reading this book. He also sprinkled some humor that I like as well.
I have already been recommending his book and will be gifting them for my loved ones as well.
Shawn, thank you for all the amazing tests, research and work you have put into this (along with Sleep Smarter too!) You are an incredible person and appreciate your passion for nutrition and health.
All the very best!

Scott Adams has likely failed at more things than anyone you’ve ever met or anyone you’ve even heard of. So how did he go from hapless office worker and serial failure to the creator of Dilbert, one of the world’s most famous syndicated comic strips, in just a few years? In How to Fail at Almost Everything and Still Win Big, Adams shares the game plan he’s followed since he was a teen: Invite failure in, embrace it, then pick its pocket.

So much strength, truths and inspiration
Revisado: 06-18-22
What an amazing story with so many twists and turns. There were so many tears that rolled down my checks as Jamie described some painful moments in her life. There were so many experiences that she went into detail with and I couldn't help but relate to a certain degree. I loved the true honesty, rawness and love as she took us through her journey and how she has worked through it. She is an amazing human with so much to give to so many women that have felt less than. May God continue to bless you Jamie. You have a beautiful heart. Thank you for sharing your amazing journey. You truly are an inspiration to us all. ~Maria E.

Incredible and insightful
Revisado: 06-01-16
This is definitely an audiobook that I'm going to have to listen to several times. I strongly recommend buying this audiobook and downloading the additional workbook from Jay's website.
As for its content, a lot of the information and here is anecdotal but it really shared some great insight as to how organizations and people function. Anyone can be a disruptor as long as they're willing to spot a problem and do something about it.
