Would you listen to Full Blooded again? Why?

Probably not although I will listen to the next book in the series because I do like the story line.

Did Casey Holloway do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?

Casey did fine with the female characters but the male characters leave a lot to be desired. I never knew which male was talking unless it was mentioned. I am hoping she gets better because as hot as some of the characters are made out to be, if I heard them actually talking like that, I would have a hard time keeping a straight face.

Any additional comments?

As I mentioned, I will listen to book 2 because the story line drew me in but sometimes I just wanted to hit Jessica off the side of the head and the narration for the male charaters need to be better.

Would you consider the audio edition of Sterling to be better than the print version?

I much prefer audio when the narration is good. Many books have been ruined by a bad narrator but not this one......Nicole Poole is now on my approved list.

Have you listened to any of Nicole Poole’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

This is the first time I have heard Nicole Poole but I will listen to others down the road....first I have this series to listen to.....

I read a review on Sterling and the person said just for this book, it was worth the price....so I got it and it has been sitting in my collection while I finished up some other really good series and yesterday, I started this one.....I listen to books while I am working and it helps get through the work....so a good book is a must....this is a good book and when I get done with this one? On to book 2!

Would you consider the audio edition of Fireborn to be better than the print version?

I did listen to the audio version. I am a big fan of Saskia Maarleveld.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Fireborn?

I enjoyed the whole book as it was not your usual story. I liked that.

What does Saskia Maarleveld bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

I love her accent....and I just prefer audio while I work...makes work a pleasure. A narrator can make or break a book.....at least for me...I have some books in my audio collection that I have yet to listen to all the way through because the narration is boring. Ms Maarleveld does not bore me.

I do enjoy Kerry Arthur very much and have listened to pretty much all of her books....she did not disappoint with this one and I can't wait until Book 2.

I know it is not much of a review but what the heck....I love Livy! She absolutely made the book for me! Read it, you will not be disappointed!

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes. It is a cool storyline.

Have you listened to any of Renee Raudman’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I was a little disappointed in her reading of this book. I enjoy her reading the Kate Daniels series so I am leaning more that this book, while I enjoyable, it is no Ilona Andrews book....Let's face it, Kate Daniels is a a kick butt heroine....while Kendall wants to be but falls short. Sorry but talking about doing and doing are 2 different things....

I hope Anita Clenney continues the series and I hope Kendall continues to grow to be that kick butt woman for real instead of just in her mind. As I mentioned, I do like the storyline and I just picked one book 2 so we shall see.

Absolutely if for nothing more than to hear Bones tell Cat he loves her!

Bones

If you read the rest of the series than you will be listening to this so no review necessary. I rather say that Cat and Bones are the ultimate love story....my very favorite.....Curran and Kate are second and I hope that when Charley and Reyes get there, they will be the 3rd. but today...it is Cat and Bones and when Bones says "I love you, Kitten" I turn to goo! He has proven he will do anything to keep her safe and has proven his love time and time again. I was not sure when I first heard his accent whether I would be able to handle it but now, I could listen to it forever...I am going to miss them but as long as they are brought back in other books in some way so we can see how things are going, I will be ok.....Thank you Jeaniene Frost for the best series I have ever listened to! I know I will be going back and rereading it for years to come!

While i am only writing on Book 1...I highly recommend them all....they really are a fun book and I love Mercy!

If you can get past the Narrator...

What made the experience of listening to Heart of Stone the most enjoyable?

I enjoyed the story and would really like to say I will get the others in the series but I have not finished this book due to the narration....I am sorry people but this gal is very boring for me.

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Eve Bianco?

Wow.....Jill Redfield, Lorelei King, Khristiine Hvan, Renee Raudman just to name a few....

As I already said...I liked the story and all but have not finished it because of the narration. I will eventually listen to the rest as I want to know what happens but the rest of the series? Not so sure.....finding out there are really things out there that go bump in the night...I like to see how they are handled.

Would you consider the audio edition of Feral Sins to be better than the print version?

Have not read the print version. I get massive headaches from reading so now I only listen to books........The narrator was terrific and the story had me laughing and unable to shut it off.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Feral Sins?

Loved Taryn...her outlook, her spunk and her mouth...and her loyalty.

Which scene was your favorite?

Too many to mention...just wish I had the comebacks Taryn had with Greta.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I laughed til I cried at times.

I have not listened to the second book of the series yet but I am looking forward to it if it is even near as good as this one. I loved this book and I highly recommend it!
