This is a great book for anyone curious about reading people’s body language, expressions, and behaviors. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I found it very interesting and learned a lot. The author breaks things down in a simple way without getting too technical. It teaches you how to pick up on subtle cues that most of us overlook. I really liked the parts about understanding emotions through eye contact and posture. There is so much about communication that I hadn't thought much of before. As an introvert who can sometimes seem unapproachable, this book helped me to know how to be more aware of my nonverbal communication.

This audiobook is exactly what I wish I had when I was younger. It is straightforward, encouraging, and speaks directly to the kinds of struggles teens face today—like starting conversations, handling social anxiety, or fitting in without losing themselves.

I liked how it breaks down social skills step-by-step, without assuming you already know how to do everything.

This book is a great tool for building confidence, learning to communicate better, and feeling less awkward in social situations. Highly recommend!

I've never really tried this kind of thing, but I’m glad I gave it a try. The voice is super soothing, not cheesy or over-the-top like some I've heard, and the pacing is slow and calming, which helped me unwind after a stressful day.

I did fall asleep last night while listening. If you struggle with overthinking at night or just want help falling asleep faster, I’d definitely recommend this. Even if you’re new to relaxation or hypnosis, this feels really easy to listen to and surprisingly effective.

I went into this audiobook knowing absolutely nothing about options trading, and honestly, I was a little nervous it would be over my head. But the author does a really good job of explaining things in a clear and simple way. He breaks everything down step-by-step. I appreciated that he didn’t use too many complicated words or talk like I was supposed to already know how this stuff works. After listening to this book, I actually understand what options are, how they work, and how people trade them. I may even feel confident enough to keep learning more and maybe try a trade. If you're brand new to options and want a solid place to start, this audiobook is a great pick.

Such a useful book for seniors to improve mobility

I think this book is perfect for all seniors to use! It starts by explaining how to use the book and the exercises, gives breathing exercises, and discusses the importance of warming up and stretching. Then it gets right into the 28 day plan. There is a chapter for each day so it is easy to refer back to. Each exercise is explained clearly and you are told to pause the book at certain times to complete the reps. After all 28 days, it has the same exercises grouped in different ways such as the type of benefit you will get or the body area worked. There is a pdf provided that has illustrations of all the exercises and I think that is a great bonus in case people are visual. The best part is that at the end they give a website you can go to if you want to see videos of the exercises! I will be recommending this book to my 80 year old mother.

OCD is one of those overused words that people use to describe themselves. I don't think many people realize the extent of the disease and how it can affect your life. This book explains the different types of OCD and gives the science behind it, but it does more than that. It reframes it as a potential superpower due to the heightened focus and attention to detail. The book gives help in navigating and managing OCD, and encourages people to find a support group. I liked that there was a chapter with all types of resources and tools to use for help. I think anyone with OCD would benefit from this book, as well as having their loved ones read it for understandig.

I was interested in this book about men with ADHD because my 22 year old son deals with this. This book has many helpful tips that I believe could help him and other men. It explains the ADHD brain and a lot of the things men with ADHD deal with. It has chapters on productivity, organization at home and work, and even health and relationships. I especially liked the part about impulse buying and handling finances. This is a great resource for men with ADHD
