Anna B. Thompson died on March 13, 2021 and the world is a more lonely place without her. I am so grateful that she and Kev Thompson have her legacy continue in these beautiful meditations. Kev continues to create more meditations himself. Check them out. For those who, like myself, don’t like to be jarred at the end of the meditation, Audible has a setting where you can end the chapter you are in at the end. So when you are in the meditation section be sure to set the Timer for “End of Chapter”. Enjoy these beautiful meditations. Peace!

I have recently been diagnosed w/dementia. I don’t know what kind of dementia as of yet. I’ve recently learned that there are over 100 types of dementia. I have already started to b proactive in my search for therapies to help stop the progression of this disease. When I came upon this 528 Hz Silfeggio Meditations. I have been listening to this audiobook while I sleep. With the hope that this therapy will help to rewire the parts of my brain that r damaged.
