Glenn Harrold's acclaimed vocal delivery and guided meditation combined with Ali Calderwood's deep and moving soundscapes tuned to 852hz combine to create an amazingly powerful meditation recording.

This is a really good guided meditation, and after having listened to quite a few of these, I realize we go through phases with them. Sometimes they do sound a bit alike. The very nice touch of the beautiful woman's voice that comes in from time to time makes this guided meditation different and I really enjoy how it serves as a lovely accent.

Glenn's voice really is powerful. He puts me in a trance that's most fulfilling and his words are practical so it's easy to take it.

I have every Solfeggio scale meditations in his series. It was one of the first audiobooks I purchased and that was years ago. I still listen to one of the meditations at night and fall asleep to them. My dogs know when the audiobook starts that it’s either meditation time or bed time. This series has been one of the best purchases I have made. I highly recommend this series..

You will find you sleep better and awake with a feeling of well being and lowered stress. I highly recommend this book and all his books. I have been using them for over a year and love them. Glenn Harrold's voice is so very relaxing- follow the deep breathing and visualizations and you will feel wonderful when you wake!
