Biting Mr. Darcy by Rosemary A John's has such an intriguing premise!!! Lots of unusual and new mixtures of supernatural, which I always enjoy. And just the whole idea of Mr Darcy in real life is a treat!!! Alyse Gibbs did a wonderful job narrating. Definitely will continue on with this series!! ❤❤

I love this new book in a series by an author I adore. I laughed a lot and had so much fun listening to this story. A book boyfriend come to life and I didn’t want it to end. It was a great start to a very cute series. I loved all the different characters and creatures. The romance made me smile a lot and I loved seeing them form a connection. This was a very fun retelling.

okay this was a really fun book. i enjoyed it very much. and i kinda like how all the books ive heard end up with the same town or you can say state lol they all kinda fit together. and well i love the narrator too.

Biting Mr. Darcy is book one in Rosemary A Johns’ Oxford Paranormal Book Club series. It is an exciting opportunity to listen to Alyse Gibbs narrate, what is a very unique twist on book clubs around the world.

With a biting sense of humor, we meet Eva, a vampire librarian who entertains her crew of paranormal friends, who include some extreme personalities in the shape of witches, fae, shifter, and their familiars.

Alyse Gibbs does a proper good job expressing the quirkiness of each of these characters through her narration. There are just so many we meet so very quickly, that I found that I had to turn my reading speed down a few notches to allow my brain to sort and catalog them.

Eva’s grimoire brings having a ‘book boyfriend’ up to a new level of excitement.
