I have been doing Paleo/Whole30 for some time. Kelly’s explanation around the science of blood sugar & carbs totally clicked. Love the idea of grocery shopping/meal planning for 3 days at a time vs a full week. Lots of great, practical tips. Recommend!

Wonderful book! Kelly really lays it out from a science point and how you should look at ALL foods. This book isnt about what you can't eat but why you should eat clean foods and if you want that sticky buns, then ok here's how to reset yourself. Highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to change their views and mindset on food.

I have read several nutrition books throughout my life (there has been so many!! Ja ja ja) and this one in particular was easy, inspirational and more of a manual to follow and come back to constantly.
It all makes perfect sense and the payed back yet strict approach that Kelly brings into it makes it so easy to follow.
I love the smoothie recipes, so practical and yet so nourishing and balanced.
I can’t wait to start the Functional nutrition training course with her!!!

I heard the author speak on a Rachel Hollis podcast. Glad I did. Much easier to incorporate and understand than other eating plans/ diets I've tried. I can totally follow this way of eating and maintain it. Fab Four shakes are delicious and I've already made the Pho, whole chicken, and beef broccoli - all equally delish!!
