Overall 3.5 stars. It wasn't my favorite book. But it was one I finished. Josie is tasked with getting the Alphas of Firebrand under control. Being around them causes her to start to show signs of being an Omega. The guys are pretty set on the fact they do no wish to take on an Omega, but being around Josie things slowly shift.

The audible was performed well.

The spice was moderate. No swords crossing. Medium burn.

Full disclosure I'm new to omegaverse.

Great story, great narration, I loved it! Kelsey always kills it. This is my first time listening to Jarman and I was blown away. It’s always difficult for me to follow when one narrator is voicing multiple characters, but it was super easy to distinguish each here.

The only tiiiiiiiiiiiiny con I have to share is I wish we got just a bit more of the guys’ histories. But even without that, I still gave it 5* all the way!

Let me first get the narration out of the way....I absolutely love these two, this male narrator is in my top 3 male narrators and he did not disappoint in this one. I loved all his inflections, the rollercoaster of emotions he had to exude, and the steam and romance he helped curate that made for such an engaging story. The female narrator is also one of my favorites. I do listen at 1.5-1.6X speed FYI (I am not a fan of slow listening haha). The female narrator did an incredible job bringing Josie to life. She was such a BA and the narrator did a good job creating that character personality with her voice. Easily 5/5 stars from me for the narration 😍

Story was fabulous, I wish we got more and this wasnt just a standalone! I thought the concept was fun, I love reading/listening to rockstar romances and this one did a good job keeping the theme but adding in the omegaverse and all the heat and tension we ache for. We start off with a bang and the realization about how she slept with was hilarious haha. I loved the jokes in this one, I wasnt expecting as much snark and humor. I liked how different all the guys are. I definitely had 2 favorites haha but all of them were fabulous. (Asher and Dylan and sometimes Holden haha) I was annoyed with how some of them treated Josie but they all got their head on straight finally. Enjoyed the concept of a beta all her life and turned omega. I have read one of those before (Kathryn Moon and Baby) but this one had the added awesome element of a rockstar romance and the author did an epic job with the well-developed characters and subplots. I loved their 1-1 time with her but we got some more steamy scenes with more than one partner. I really enjoyed listening to them fall in love and battling to stay together.

I also thought the main plot with the record label/in charge council thing was well done. I loved seeing Josie stick up for her band and then them in turn protecting her and being there for her when they wanted to fire her and when she was a sub-citizen as an omega. Loved it all! I do wish there was an attached epilogue for the audiobook. I know the author wrote one after the release but it would have been amazing to have it as a part of the audio so we all could enjoy it.

Really enjoyed this one, can’t wait for more omegaverse romances from this author and hopefully more in audio as well ❤️

The story takes place and the music world. The alpha are rock stars that are spoiled until their new manager comes along. Everything changes when they meet her I really enjoyed the narrators in this audio, The alphas all have their own personality which I really enjoyed getting to understand each individual I wish it was a tad longer with more backstory and I would definitely recommend this audiobook. Great omega verse specially for a beginner.

I love the autho'rs style and the narration is top notch. I enjoy the amount of interactions between the main characters and even the side characters who are also sufficiently fleshed out. Can be read as a standalone with minimal ties to the author's other books in this Omegaverse although I enjoy the little mind niggles that occur when I am reminded of the touching stories about the few crossover characters. HEA guaranteed and less darkness than some of the hardcore dark romances -- fewer triggers which makes the overall experience much more enjoyable for me. Lastly, for those who are more traditional, only the Omega interacts intimately with her Alphas. I don't mind some well written MM scenes, but I know it is not everyone's cup of tea.

This was so good. Josie gets thrown into the deep end with a group of rowdy rockstars. They are wild and unaccountable. She manages to come in and wrangle the crazy only to have something unexpected throw everything off kilter again. The narrators are awesome on this. Well worth the read and listen.

I read and listen to so so many OV books that to me personally, this fell a bit flat. If you like more story line than the bonding of the pack then this is a good choice. SPOILER AHEAD:

They didn’t bond her until the VERY end of the book, so we don’t get to experience their lives being bonded or living together as a pack. It’s like 2/5 🌶️🌶️, very mild IMO. Overall it’s a good story but I personally like my OV books to start out strong and already work into building the pack, I don’t like the long wait and being left on a cliffhanger.
