I can’t wait to give some of the advice in this book a try. The authors empathy and understanding of the situations some of us face truly makes me feel supported.

I just finished listening to this audiobook and I feel like the author REALLY understands what I am dealing with and going through. She "gets it" and understands the craziness that happens when your ex is a narcissist and you have children together. I really like the way she organized the audiobook, and it covers everything you need to know about how to put the kids first and keep them first. She showed me how to set boundaries, how to communicate, and what not to do. It makes so much sense when it is all presented like this. Now I am going to implement these strategies. If you are in a similar situation, do yourself a favor and get this. It really made sense and gave me the plan of action I desperately needed.

I loved this book. It was straight forward with real strategic thinking and planning with having to coparent with my narcissistic ex. I especially loved the parts she mentioned about how to still raise a healthy and resilient child with all that comes with a narcissist parent. Very validating I’d already been applying some of these methods and YES IT REALLY HELPS

I really needed to hear about how to regulate myself in dealing with my ex. When you have an ex that loves to see your reaction and then relish in it you need to know how to handle yourself. A lot of good reminders and input in this book
