Yet this stubborn Irishman isn't about to let me go, drunken Princess Bride-themed Vegas wedding or no.

Now I have to decide if I'm brave enough to break the rules for love.

This is my first book by Iris Morland and I enjoyed this light-hearted meet cute about two people meeting through a mutual friends wedding. Liam and Mari’s relationship demonstrates how unwise it is to make important decisions while under the influence of alcoholic beverages. Thank goodness that everything worked out well for them considering Mari’s inflexibility and Liam’s womanizing ways!Victoria Mei and Shane East did well with their narration. Overall it was a light listen without too much drama!

In romances, there is always a challenge, something or things to overcome. In spite of the perfect hero and heroine characters, I did not fall in love with them or with the story like I want to when I read a romance.
Narrator, Shane East does a sufficiently credible Irish accent for my American ears. I am used to his female voices. Narrator, Victoria Mei was less convincing reading the male portions. It is the first time that I have listened to a book she narrates. Sometimes, you have to get used to narrators' voices.

I mean did I like the book sure but it also Annoyed me, well the female character. i guess the author made with no life experience n
Relationships but the girl was an adult who helped her sister u think SHE could make HER MIND. the narrator did a good job.

This is a charming book! I sat down to listen for a half hour - a distraction from the stress of life. Those 30 minutes turned into 3 hours! I couldn't stop listening! Shane East does an IRISH ACCENT. Yup! That will get me every time! Victoria Mei does a GREAT job too! I wound up listening to the entire book in a day! The storyline is great, not predictable, in this light hearted story. I will definitely listen to this one again! I recommend it.

I could not get enough of this story or the interesting cast of characters. I adored Liam and Mari. I loved learning their stories and how they grew together while everything happens. Between Iris Morland's words and the outstanding performances by the narrators: Victoria Mei and Shane East, I laughed and cried....and had other feelings.

This book had me laughing right from the start. Fun & sexy Las Vegas style. This was a great storyline & amazing characters combined with the brilliant narration of Shane East & Victoria Mei. Well done everyone!
This book has an HEA. I highly recommend this book.

This one was just meh for me. There were a few places that made me laugh but I think my problem was the Irish non accent. I love to listen to Shane East narration but I kept hearing his British accent and not an Irish one even though some of the Irish dialect was being used and the female narration in Irish just didn't make the cut. The story was decent but the accents just distracted me from the story.
