I enjoyed this book on Audibles. It's an engaging mystery with interesting characters. Cozy Mystery is a new genre to me. It is both engaging and easy going. Very pleasant audio performance with lots of fun voices. I follow the narrator who is delightful as always. I'm excited that this is the first of a six-book series. Can't wait to hear more!

My preteen daughter and I just finished a 3,000 mile road trip requiring maaaaaany hours of charging stops. This book, both because Boettcher’s performance is fantastic and Biglow’s quirky tale is lighthearted and fun, kept us both sane and entertained when we needed it most! My daughter’s succinct review - “can we start the next one?” - was very gratifying and exactly the note to end our trip on!

This was the perfect audiobook to listen to as I went about getting through dreary January days in New England. The story moves at a good pace, and the performance by Bonnniejean Boettcher is flawless. I got to the end and wished for the next volume immediately!
