Merciful Lies
Nico and Meredith

Meredith gives herself to Nico for one night to pay off her brother's debt. One night ends up with a surprise. I enjoyed listening to this. Meredith finds herself the target from more people here brother owes money. The MMC is being targeted from other's who want the power they have. The narrators read when each character's chapter. Loved how the male narrator gave Nico that rough, dominant voice, but wasn't a fan when the female narrator did Nico it did sound a bit feminine.


Devious Lies
Luc and Maria

This one is Maria the bartender. Turns out she was on the run hiding from the cartel her dad worked for when on the day of his funeral the son of the head honcho declared he was going to take her. Luc and Maria meet when she is back because her mom is ill and she figured if she would ask the MC for help.
This was another great one, same thing with the narrators hard to enjoy Luc talking dirty when he sounds a bit feminine.

Pitiful Lies
Angel and Giselle
3.5*

Another group comes and tries to takeover. I think these two were a little bit like high schoolers, she would accuse him of cheating but not tell him why she came to that conclusion and he would get upset because she didn't think he wanted just her and he never flat out told her. Also besides the female narrator version of Angel I wasn't a fan of the male narrator version of Giselle. I did like the Angel and Buffy thing I thought that was cute

Narration I give a 3.5*
