I get that AI can be a great tool. For blogs, for ideation. But not for reading and writing books. It is obvious that the book is being read by AI, which makes the content, which I think is solid, much less interesting and accessible.

There were few tidbits hidden in here, but the narration was very hard to follow making information seem convoluted.

Until I was an adult I just took breathing for granted. I was taught many things growing up but I can't say that I was ever taught how to breathe. Okay, I was given a few instructions for playing sports in elementary school but that was it. I highly recommend Jason Cooper's audio-books.

It explains how the brain works and your thought process. It explains how you can conquer depression and anxiety by using certain tools to help you control your thoughts. I hope you must find this audible book useful!
