Yes the book was on point. I love when Shalya Black over laps the new book with last one and this did a great job going from Trace and Masey story to Tanner and Amanda story. I do wish Trace and Masey story had audible too. Love at first sight or should I say at hearing. It was like fate brought them together.(Bruce the idiot)

If this is supposed to "introduce" you to the author then you're not going to like the author very much. The whole thing is just a hyperbolic, placating insult to women. I don't even want to call it a story because it's THAT BAD. No plot building, no character building, just stereotypical crap to insult your intelligence. Deleted all of these 1001 Nights books from my wish list. BLECH!!

Waste of a Credit

Didn't realize this was a bonus book to the "More than Words" as the designated series was not specified. I wouldn't have wasted the credit. Had I listened to "More than Pleasure You" I might've recognized the Lund name to connect them, but I did not as I really didn't care for the series. I passed on that one because the others were too dull, much family drama and interference, discovered half-siblings, etc. When Shayla Black is good, as in the Wicked Lovers and Perfect Gentlemen series she is very, very good. Listened to and loved all of them, at least twice. But when she is bad, she is boring, very boring. Christian Fox is flawless with the story line and never drops a beat. He is never less than flawless, whatever the plot/characters storyline carry them he makes it an emotional listen and is able to keep the voices of the characters recognizable. I would pay him to record my answering machine and then call myself all day.
