I was really surprised to find a rom com that touched on so many deeper issues like grief, loss, and abandonment. It was handled gently but genuinely without perfection which feels true to life. But there was still a HEA that didn’t disappoint. Did I mention Stephen Dexter?? SO good!

I adored this story! Introverted hot doctor meets bubbly, word vomiter with a zest for life! The narrator’s were fantastic bringing these characters to life. Highly recommend this be your next listen as it will likely end up being your favorite story of the year! 🩷

Wow, I absolutely love everything about this book!! I read the physical book before I listened to it and now, I've fallen in love all over again. The narration is top notch. Dual narration is my favorite and it really brought these characters to life. I adore Brooke. I want to be her friend in real life.
This book made me happy. It transported me to another place with fantastic characters and all the swoony love I could ask for. A little drama lama too! 😉 I want this book to be a movie. It would definitely be my favorite!!

Absolutely adorable! I love books that blend romance, humor, and poignancy, and this one does it so well. It was funny, swoony, and full of so much heart and emotion.

I loved these two characters! Brooke is wonderfully fun and quirky, and I loved her kindness, wisdom, and adventurous spirit. Logan was a sweetheart. His hurt was tangible and you could understand why he was so guarded. It was the sweetest thing to watch his heart heal and be able to move on.

One of my favorite things about this book is the musical references. I love classic rock, and this story is full of references and background stories about some great songs and bands.

I loved the dual narration and both narrators did a fantastic job!

If you’re looking for an engaging and fun summer read, I highly recommend this gem! I loved it!

This was a delightful story! I loved the characters and the journey to finding life after loss! I loved the narrators and the way they portrayed the emotions of each individual progression! Love!

Absolutely loved this story. This story was the best summer read. I enjoyed being able to taken into Brooke and Logan’s story and share the cute moments, the sad moments, the funny, and everything in between. Brooke has definitely inspired me to find a summer bucket list and live my life to the fullest.

I just read this book and it was a scrumptious treat to listen to Stephanie Rose and Stephen Dexter bring this story to life. I loved it every single bit as much as I did the first time.

Brooke’s sunshine attitude towards life and her summer bucket list written by her mother are pure joy. I loved checking things off, just as she did, and the way she babbles brings a smile to my face.

Logan has every reason to be a grump and to resist Brooke’s irresistible glow, yet even his storm clouds can’t remain untouched by her radiance. I loved how he fights so hard to withstand her charms.

This is a summer must-read…or listen. So swoony, so much fun, and such a beautiful buzz.

Brooke is one of my favorite characters I love her spunk and quirkiness. Logan talk about the perfect grumpy Dr. McDreamy.. sigh. These two create some swoonworthy chemistry and a beautiful story!

Well done Jennifer you knocked another swoonworthy romance out of the park! This is definitely another don't miss romsnce!!

The narrators do an incredible job of bringing the characters to life. I can't say enough about how much!! I hope Stephanie continues to do all Jennifer's books!
