How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?
This book should have included pdf files of the various tables and lists that were narrated. The narrator dictating these lists was boring and rather less useful than being able to see them in printed form.Any additional comments?

I'm only on week 4 of the 10 week program and, although some of the steps are genuinely helpful, a couple are pretty annoying (isometrics at traffic lights? kitchen dancing?).
My overall impression is that this is a more easily followed program for a stay-at-home mom or at least someone with a very flexible work schedule whose children are out of diapers. I don't qualify.
But then again, I've always done all our laundry only once a week and never felt the need to write that down.
