Liked the story line and the bold female characters, along with the masculine but not brutal male characters.

The errors of pronunciation, most egregious was the word Emoji (em-o-gi)!!

This book surprised me. The female main character did have her moments of being a damsel in distress, but I like how she ended up fighting back not too much physically but at least mentally and how the author touched on postpartum depression. Not a lot of people will write about that. I like how chapters weren’t wasted with characters talking in their head/to themselves. The characters were interactive, a lot of twist and turns. I like the ending of the second book epilogue, if you know you know!

Could not relate to the characters. I usually enjoy dark mafia romance but this one did not do it.

This was a very slow, boring listen. It was also unbelievable. This supposed Bratva leader was so wracked with indecision and kind of meek. I wasted my money on this one.
