I definitely want to work on modifying my diet but this book talks about most foods as being toxic. It seems very intense and the books has a lot of calculations that are hard to follow on audio. But overall, I am convinced that 80 10 10 is a great lifestyle.

The information in this book has literraly changed my life in just a matter of days of applying Dr. Graham principles I am noticing weight loss, increased energy, stamina and better sleep. For years I have battled with finding the right diet who knew it could be so simple. If you care about your health you'll read this book!

great book for laying a foundation in raw vegan living. Fruit based is the way to Go

I loved this, espacially parts related to grains and legumes.
I use 16 to 20 hour fasting period after I eat meat and fat once in couple of days. All other time I stay on this diet described here.

Dr.Graham’s work is detailed and thorough and there is no stone left unturned. He explores fats, sugars, metabolism, cholesterol, going raw vs not raw, and a hundred other subjects (like troubleshooting and q&a) while distinguishing between science and his own personal experiences. Everything is here. Cannot recommend enough!

Where does The 80/10/10 Diet rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This was an interesting book to listen to. I learned a lot about Doug Graham's perspective.

What did you like best about this story?

I liked the basic common sense about this book and how Doug explained the reasoning behind some of his arguements.

What about Brett Barry’s performance did you like?

Brett's performance was good, although I find sometimes when it's not the real author of the book it looses 'personality'.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I listened to this book while in the car. It was an easy one to catch up on each time I returned to driving.

Any additional comments?

The book often mentions his PDF that accompanies the book. Is this something we can get online after listening to the audio version?
