When Prodigal devils begin disappearing, Archie Fallmont, Viscount of Granville, finds himself in the unenviable position of being required to investigate. But Archie and Nimble are soon up against much worse than absent actresses, debauched drunks, and dreadful poetry recitals. Bullets fly and top hats fall, as secrets are unearthed and a murderer decides to put an end to their inquiries.

My first by this author and I loved it!

Not really sure what to expect, but this other world weird kinda post regency sort of steam punk vibe, wasn't it.
The way the story is laid out, you've three different categories of people, although at the end of this one, one of them won their freedom.
Even though the story itself was based on two main MC, we've a fair amount of support characters that really give it an indepth tale.

We are definitely left with a finish that leads into another tale, but not a traditional cliffhanger ending.
I will be searching for the next one asap.

Greg Tremblay does a phenomenal job with all these voices. I couldn't think of anyone better.

Wicked Gentleman has always been my favorite of this genre. So I'm glad to revisit this universe. (don't know why audible doesn't recommend authors I like.)
This story just dappled in continuing the period. as if the author couldn't leave it hanging. It holds promise for much more material. I would like to see longer books with more detail. The flying skill from Wicked Gentlemen isn't mentioned. Every time the bat came by I kept expecting something more.
