Have you heard of energetic cords?

Subtle energetic ties connect your energy field to other people, experiences, or places in your life. Energetic cord cutting is a way to help release some that may feel heavy and draining and so you can stop holding yourself back from being, doing, or having what you want.

Action item for today:

· Take a few minutes to journal today and see if you have any persistent thoughts or emotional reactivity about someone, are feeling energetically tied to your past, feel you have inability to move forward from a toxic dynamic, or fatigue or heaviness after certain interactions. These are signs you may benefit from a guided energetic cord cutting meditation.

When you think of the cosmos, do you think of the color purple?

Opening the energy center at the crown of your head, allows divine energy to flow through your more freely and strengths your spirituality, your connection to God/Universe/Spirit.

Action item for today:

· Spend a few minutes focusing your attention and energy on the crown of your head, imagining a beautifully purple light streaming in. See if you are able to feel a tingling sensation or maybe some heat. Breathe, and allow the energy center to open, connecting you that much more strongly with the Divine.
