We get told all the time that men can't talk about their mental health. But what is mental health if not a collection of our thoughts, feelings and experiences? MENtal Health Takeaways podcast is a series of discussions between everyday men who share their thoughts, feelings and experiences in the hope of generating a "takeaway" for the listener. I.e. useable mental health tips, tricks, pointers and pieces of advice that can be immediately applied to real life. We also really feel like men are less likely to engage in conversations when they can't have a bit of a giggle along the way.Mental Health Takeaways Desarrollo Personal Éxito Personal
