  • 474: Health, Hustle & Honouring Your Vision with Natasha Bell
    May 22 2025

In this episode, I’m joined by the amazing Natasha Bell—a woman whose work, mission, and energy are all about helping others rise.

Natasha is the founder of Her Collab Co, a co-working and event space designed to bring purpose-driven women together through community, connection, and collaboration. She’s also a wellness coach for high-achieving women, a leader with Amare – The Mental Wellness Company, and the host of the Thrive With Me Podcast.

We first met at an event she hosted—and that event really lit something up in me. It reminded me how powerful it is to show up fully, believe in yourself, and lean into what’s possible when we support each other.

In our chat, we dive into:

    • Why health is the foundation of everything
    • How to balance business, motherhood, and personal growth
    • Building a life and business aligned with your values
    • The importance of creating safe, energizing spaces for women to thrive

Whether you're an entrepreneur, a busy mom, or just someone craving more connection and clarity, this episode is full of heart and wisdom.

  • 473: Feel Better as You Get Older, Health & Habits That Actually Work
    May 10 2025

Ever feel like you should be thriving — but instead you’re just tired, foggy, or not quite yourself?

If you’re in your 30s or approaching 40, you’re not alone. So many women are waking up to the realization that what once worked — the late nights, the drinks, the constant “go-go-go” — just… doesn’t anymore.

This is the episode for you if you're starting to feel the nudge to slow down, clean up your habits, and reconnect with what actually makes you feel good.

On this episode of the Muve Forward Podcast, we explore:

    • Why your body might be feeling more inflamed, sensitive, or tired lately (and what to do about it)
    • What actually changes as you move into your late 30s and 40s — physically, emotionally, and socially
    • How to start building healthy habits that feel good, not forced
    • A fresh perspective on sobriety — not as a punishment, but as a path to clarity and confidence
    • Why choosing your peace, energy, and body isn’t “boring”… it’s empowering

You don’t have to wait for a health scare, a big birthday, or a breakdown in a club bathroom to start choosing differently. (Been there, done that.)

You’re allowed to outgrow the habits that don’t serve you anymore. You’re allowed to say no to what drains you — and yes to what lights you up.

And you’re definitely allowed to prioritize your health, your peace, and your long-term happiness.

This episode is brought to you by Muve Life Activewear — a female-owned brand built for women who want comfort, confidence, and clothes that actually move with them.

If you’ve ever struggled to feel good in shorts, you’re not alone. Our biker shorts are a total game-changer — high-rise, body-hugging, and flattering enough to wear with just a sports bra (designed to sit perfectly below the ribs). Because you deserve to feel strong and stylish — no matter your age or shape. Check out the collection at www.muvelife.com

  • 472: Is It a Wall or a Block? Exploring Love's Flow
    Apr 27 2025

Last night Michelle went to a yoga session with instructor Monique and it was more than just movement; it was a journey into the heart of love. Between poses, she posed a question that lingered: "If we can give so much love to others, why don't we offer that same love to ourselves?"

This inquiry led us to explore the concept of self-love—not as a luxury, but as a necessity. Monique introduced the idea of "coating yourself in love balm," a metaphor for immersing oneself in self-compassion and kindness.

However, we also examined the flip side: when self-love becomes a fortress, preventing us from extending love to others. It's a delicate balance between nurturing ourselves and remaining open to connection.

In this episode of the Muve Forward Podcast, we delve into:

    • The importance of treating ourselves with the same kindness we offer others
    • Recognizing when self-love turns into self-isolation
    • Practices to foster both self-compassion and openness to others

Join us as we explore how to let love flow freely—to ourselves and to those around us.

  • 469: Making Room For Puppy Love A Decluttering Journey
    Jan 15 2025

Big changes are happening over here! From life lessons learned with my new puppy, Rocky, to diving deep into decluttering, this week’s episode of the Muve Forward Podcast is all about creating space for what truly matters.

In this episode, I share the joys and challenges of raising a puppy (spoiler: it’s both hard and so worth it!) and how Rocky has brought an abundance of love and joy to our home. But he’s also taught me something unexpected—how to slow down, focus on what matters, and let go of the unnecessary.

Speaking of letting go, I’ve been on a decluttering journey that’s gone beyond tidying up my home. Inspired by Stephanie Bennett Vogt’s book Your Spacious Self, I’m learning that decluttering isn’t just about tossing out old stuff. It’s about releasing emotional attachments and making space for joy, growth, and connection.

Here’s what you’ll learn in this episode:

    • How my puppy, Rocky, has brought love and lessons into my life.
    • Why decluttering is more than just organizing your stuff—it’s about emotional freedom.
    • Practical tips for starting your own decluttering journey and making room for joy.

Plus, I share exciting updates about Muve Life Activewear! Big changes are coming with new designs and fabrics, and everything in our current collection must go. Don’t miss out—this is your last chance to grab your favorite items before they’re gone for good.

After you listen, I’d love to hear your thoughts. What do you need to make space for in your life? Share your story on social media and tag me at @themichellewolfe. And if you’ve got a furry friend like Rocky, send me their cutest picture—I’d love to see them!

  • 468: From Binge Eating to Body Freedom A Journey to Self-Love with Amber Romaniuk
    Dec 18 2024

The holidays can be a beautiful time of year, but for many of us, it also brings added stress—family gatherings, endless to-do lists, financial pressures, and an overwhelming abundance of food. If you’ve ever found yourself turning to emotional eating, feeling guilty afterward, or punishing yourself with restrictive habits or excessive workouts, know that you are not alone.

On this week’s podcast, I’m joined by Amber Romaniuk, an Emotional Eating, Digestive, and Hormone Expert, to dive into the root causes of binge eating and toxic habits—and how to replace them with self-love, body confidence, and healing.

Amber’s story is powerful: after gaining and losing more than 1,000 pounds and spending over $50,000 on binge foods, she reached a turning point. By addressing her limiting beliefs, emotional triggers, and patterns that kept her stuck, Amber found freedom—what she now calls Body Freedom™.

  • 467: Staying Motivated and Moving Forward
    Dec 9 2024

Life doesn’t always move in a straight line. Sometimes, we find ourselves in the messy middle—navigating change, uncertainty, and the in-between spaces where we’re not quite where we were, but not yet where we want to be.

In this episode of Muve Forward, I open up about my own life transition. I’ve faced big shifts recently—losing a steady job, building my activewear brand Muve Life, and trying to grow this podcast into something impactful. Some days, the weight of it feels overwhelming, but I’ve realized something powerful: it’s okay to not have it all figured out.

Here’s what I shared in this episode:

    1. Acknowledge Where You Are

It’s easy to look at other people’s highlight reels and feel behind. But life isn’t a race. If you’re in a transitional phase, take a moment to honor it. Growth doesn’t always feel comfortable—it feels messy, uncertain, and sometimes exhausting. But this is where transformation happens.

Ask yourself: What small step can I take today? Forward movement, even when it’s slow, still counts.

    2. Find Your Support Systems

When I felt stuck, I turned to tools and people who could help. I started leaning into resources like ChatGPT to brainstorm ideas and organize my thoughts, and I worked with a trauma therapist to explore the emotional blocks holding me back.

Sometimes, help comes in unexpected ways—friends, family, mentors, or even technology. The key is realizing that you don’t have to figure everything out alone. Reaching out for support doesn’t make you weak; it’s what allows you to move forward.

    3. Focus on Staying Motivated

Motivation isn’t something you “find” once and hold onto forever—it’s something you build through small, intentional steps. For me, this looks like:

    • Celebrating small wins. Every step forward matters, even if it feels tiny.
    • Remembering my 'why.' Why did I start Muve Life? Why did I launch this podcast? These questions keep me grounded and connected to my purpose.
    • Being kind to myself. Some days, rest is the most productive thing you can do.

If you’re in the middle of a transition right now, know this: you’re not alone. Progress doesn’t have to be perfect; it just has to be forward.

At the beginning of the episode, I also shared a little about my brand, Muve Life. If you’re looking for clothing that inspires you to move—physically, mentally, and emotionally—check us out. Movement isn’t just about fitness; it’s about showing up for yourself every day, and I want to help you do that in clothing that feels as good as it looks.
