Through memories, laughter, tears and even at times anger, Bluecoat Foundation seeks to improve the health and safety of those in law enforcement by shedding light onto a topic that can be difficult to discuss.

Sgt Owens died in the line-of-duty on October 5th 2016 when he responded to a burglary call in Lancaster, California.
