As someone who loves a busy social life as well as feeling like a fitness ninja, I know it feels to have to work to find that balance. We cover nutrition, workouts, general lifestyle tips and everything in between.

Oh and I've got scoliosis & I'm gluten-free so occasionally I might talk about that too.

    Let's talk about ways that we can approach weight loss - and one of them IS weighing SOME of the food you eat... but is it the only way and do you need to do it?

    I'm not knocking any approach, but spending the day with a set of scales may be more in line with bodybuilding rather than trying to shed a few pounds here or there. Let's discuss and see what you think will work for you.
