This episode I'm focusing on the lack of education around self-care and taking responsibility for our health and well-being. Here in the UK we rely heavily on the NHS which provides a free healthcare service when we need it. But has the provision of this service over time led us to negate our responsibility for our health? Safe in the knowledge that the hammock of healthcare will be there to catch us when the cost of unhealthy living choices inevitably starts to cause to problems? Food for thought..
