    Sharing how we feel can be a vulnerable thing!

    For some, the fear of saying or doing it "wrong" is enough to stop them from sharing how they truly feel. For others, harsh self-criticism can take hold, judging themselves unfairly for how they delivered what they needed to express.

    This episode explores a personal experience of vulnerability and connection, with the hope of delivering you this take home message: you are human, you are allowed to feel, and you are allowed to share how you feel and express this in ways that feel true to who you are. In fact, your authentic expression may just be what the world needs more of!
