A Sir Frank Bowling Scholar on the Painting programme at the Royal College of Art, Suley’s practice explores the psychological impact of visual art. Through the sensory, almost physical experience of optical illusions, his work confronts the viewer while challenging their autonomy, engaging with themes of impermanence and change.
