June 28, 1984, Richard Ramirez whom had been burglarizing LA County for years, went on the hunt for more than just a burglary. He found the apartment of Jennie Vincow, a 79 year old retired woman from New York, and brutally murdered her in her own bed.

Eight months later he would follow up with a double homicide in 1 night.

This episode takes a deep dive into Richard's past-beginning with his father's tough and humble upbringing- all the way to the night of March 17, 1985. This is Part 1 of a 2 Part series.
