  • #364 - INSPIRATION FRIDAYS – A RITUAL TO FILL YOUR CUP

    I’m so excited to share this week’s episode. It’s something close to my heart – a simple but powerful ritual I call Inspiration Fridays.

    Years ago, when my kids were in primary school, I started making my Friday mornings sacred.

    I’d go to their school assembly (which were always full of courage, creativity and pure joy), then I’d treat myself to coffee at a beautiful Melbourne café, often with a friend or mentor – or just my journal.

    These moments sparked ideas, filled me up, and reconnected me with what really matters. It became my way of hitting the reset button.

    Every week.

    Like many things, this beautiful ritual faded during COVID – but now that I’m living my dream life in stunning Sydney, I’ve brought it back… and it’s better than ever.

    In this episode, I’m sharing the full story and giving you a behind-the-scenes look at how I create time for inspiration every week.

    Whether it’s a beautifully designed café, a Pilates class, or a peaceful nature walk, I’ve made it non-negotiable to fill my cup – and I want to inspire you to do the same.
