This document presents the results from market study conducted by the author, in the year 2018. The study focuses on the impact of Gen-Z Customers in ecommerce businesses and explains why this need to be factored in the business decisions. This document explains the approach, method of study, data collection format, scientific analysis of data (chi-square method) and represents the data via plotted, bar and pie graphs. The detailed analysis, observations, recommendations and conclusion are presented in a simple, yet comprehensive manner.
