About this listen

Recently rescued from a Dominion slave ship, the last thing Mia needs is to be bogged down by a relationship. But she can't get the sexy mercenary and the things he did to her body out of her head. The guy is built like a god, and even better with his mouth.

Mia knows it's dangerous to keep seeing him. Triggering his mating bond means he'd steal her away and keep her locked up on his ship.

Arus isn't the type to settle down, but little human Mia has gotten under his skin and triggered the start of a mating bond. The smart thing to do is to stop seeing her and halt the bond in its tracks. But as one night turns into two, he realizes that it's too late. He wants to keep her forever!

But all is not well on Reka 5. Someone is sabotaging the perimeter fence and putting the colony in danger. When human females start disappearing, will Arus be able to keep Mia safe? And will Mia choose freedom over the male who loves her more than life itself?

Can be listened to as a stand-alone or as part of a series. Sweet and steamy scenes ahead. HEA guaranteed!

Exciting & entertaining

I really liked the story of Arus and Mia, talking about love at first sight… Too bad Arus has to leave very soon, and Mia needing to be independent doesn’t help either in their relationship. An unfortunate event might be the cause they will never see each other again, unless….
The performance was a pleasure to listen to, the narrator did a wonderful job doing all the characters. A big fat 5 stars; I definitely recommend this author and this series.

A good read.

I could listen to Troy all day long! He has such a rich dreamy voice. ❤️ This book was not my favorite out of the series but still a good read. Can't wait for the next audio book!

Looking Beyond The Surface

This is one of my favorite Tallean romances by Lynnea. Mia knows not to trigger a mating bond with a Tallean, especially one that doesn’t seem to want to settle down, but her connection to Arus can’t be denied, even if her mom wishes she would lol. It doesn’t take long for Arus to realize he wants Mia forever, but things aren’t really going all that smoothly for Reka 5 & the human females are in danger because of a group on Reka 5 that aren’t happy about being there. Will Mia figure out her feelings too late & lose out on a HEA, or will Arus make sure she stays safe, no matter the cost?

Troy does an absolutely fabulous job of bring this story to life (as usual 😉). Of course he does an extra amazing job at making Arus even sexier than the story already made him 😝😂 Definitely a treat for the ears! You wanna grab this!

Another Strong FMC ♀️💪🏽 FTW & 🔥Narration🔥

I like this series. In this book specifically the added dynamic that this FMC has with her mother adds another element to the standard abducted female story. I like that she discovers what she truly wants, isn't afraid to explore past her comfort zone or stand up for her ideals. I'm not sure I've come across another series that includes an abduction with a parent. Troy Duran!!!!! 🥵 Narration is amazing as always.
