Publisher's summary

The only thing 18-year-old Gwen guards more carefully than the truth about her past is her heart. Falling in love with her best friend was never part of the plan. But as their relationship heats up, Gwen thinks she might finally be ready to date again.

Mitch loves his life in River Valley, and everything is exactly how he wants it. Everything except for his relationship with Gwen. The more their attraction grows, the more Gwen closes herself off from him.

When a mid-winter car accident brings Gwen's secrets to the surface, will the boy she loves accept the truth about her past? Or will he look to a future without her?

All the Things We Found is a young-adult contemporary romance great for both teens and adults. It is the second in a series of audiobooks, each revolving around a different couple. Perfect for fans of Katie McGarry, Morgan Matson, and Kasie West.

Lovable Characters

This is the second book of this series and I enjoyed this one just as much as the first. Such sweet stories with lovable characters. And again the narrator made it very easy for us to enjoy.

All the things we found

I listened to All The Things We Lost, I wanted to know more about Gwen . I wanted to know why she was so closed off and why she kept so much distance between her and Mitch having a chance at a relationship. This story did not disappoint at all!

It's just too good not to read~

The story shifts to the friends of the first couple in book 1, but if you haven't read it don't worry you'll still like this one. Such a cute story, and sure to bring back memories of "the good 'ol days". :)

All the Things We Found

Although this is book 2 in this series it can be read as a stand-alone. I have not listened to the first yet but had no problems with this story as it follows a different couple. The hard decision Gwen had to go through at such a young age has changed the way she is willing to go through life. When her secret comes out, some friends have her back completely while others have a hard time getting past it. Lucky for Gwen, she is able to make it through the hard times and can see herself on the other side. A very nice listen that I would recommend.

Great Read

All the Things We Found: River Valley Lost & Found, Book Two was a good read by Kayla Tirrell. Gwen is eighteen years old and does her best to guard her heart. She never expected to fall in love with her best friend Mitch but it may be just what she needs. Mitch is very happy with his relationship with Gwen, but she seems to close herself off from him. There is an accident that brings many of Gwen's secrets to the surface. I absolutely loved reading Mitch and Gwen's story and can't wait to read more by Kayla Tirrell.

Gwen & Mitch’s story

We finally get to know Gwen’s story and the reason behind their move from California.

Mitch was a little whiney, poor guy definitely has middle child syndrome.

The best friends go through a lot to find their HEA, but it’s worth it. It was also nice to see Katie and Julian again.

learning to trust again

this is a sweet romance Between Gwen and Mitch. They have been best friends for years. Until one day Mitch felt betrayed by finding out Gwens secret. This is a story of friendship, forgiveness, and many second chances. How many times can she forgive Mitch when he cant forgive her for one? I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this story. I received a free code from the author in exchange for an honest review!

All the Things We Found

Gwen and Mitch’s story...

Gwen have been friends for years, but are their feelings stonier than just friendship? Gwen has a secret that has caused her to keep her distance, but when her secret comes out unexpectedly, it could ruin everything.

Kayla Terrell has done a wonderful job of incorporating a tough situation into this story. She was very thoughtful and honest in the portrayal.

There were a few minor glitches with the audio, but overall, Katie Brown did a lovely job.

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and I have voluntarily left this review.

Coming of Age

All the Things We Found is a sweet coming of age story by Kayla Tirrell. The couple focused in this book are Mitch and Gwen. Young adults have difficulty talking about their feelings in my opinion, and the author did a great job conveying that. This book is a standalone listen and part of a series. Katie Brown really impressed me with her performance. She gave the characters distinguishable voices and added the right emotions. I requested this review copy audiobook and have voluntarily written this review. All the Things We Found is a heartfelt listen, and also has some unexpected humor.
