Very detailed and helpful

I just finished listening to this book and I can’t tell you how much it resonated with me. This book described all of my adult relationships and all of my anxieties and fears. I love the fact that it gave me real life solutions and strategies that I can start implementing to learn how to build healthier or more secure relationships.
