It's good for training your mind

This book helped me not only change my mindset, but do some of the things I wanted to with discipline automatically. the tools will help you get your brain to do some of that work for you. It's a good listen.

Good Motivating Book

This is a great book for understanding why we procrastinate, the challenging mindset behind it, and how to conquer this! This has helped me to understand more about self-discipline and recognize the places in my life that need a little TLC with self-discipline. I highly recommend this book!

Discipline School!

Learn how to have that discipline you always wanted! Well, it turns out it's a little bit harder then just listening to an audiobook, you actually have to implement what it suggests. That being said, this book has some good ideas on how to get your brain shifted into the right gear to make you more productive. there are ways to make it so that it actually feels rewarding to deny yourself the swiping on your phone and other distractions and get things done. you know that's what you want to do anyway. This is how.
