More about conversations than just Awkward Silence

This book is surprisingly filled with tremendous and practical methods of communicating with others. It's not about just Awkward Silence. I digitally highlighted this book so often that I found myself defining a category for each color—Yellow for necessary, Blue for lists, Red for warnings, and Orange for extremely important.
The audio file is also narrated by an excellent reader who expresses all the examples and points exactly how they were intended by the author. This is a book that I will refer back to many times. It's worth owning, not borrowing.

Outstanding!!!

This book doesn't seem to miss a single thing related to improving conversation. It is sure to be the final word on the topic. After this quick read you will surely know your strengths and weaknesses. I had no idea the narrator wasn't the author until I finished! He's perfect. Back to chapter 1 to get all this to sink in :-)
