Episode 13: STINKIN' THINKIN'

  • Summary

  • This week, I discuss the themes of healing, limiting beliefs, and the impact of societal pressures on self-perception, particularly for Black women. Get into the importance of self-inquiry, community engagement, and understanding the roots of self-hate with me! It gets sticky!!! The conversation explores how thoughts and feelings shape our reality and the necessity of building supportive communities for empowerment and liberation.

LA Fire Relief & Funding Support: These are my peoples who have experienced complete loss of their homes. While two of the families have met their funding goals, Sumaya's family is still in need. There are many organizations doing amazing work for the collective, these folks are particularly close to my heart. If you can, please support where you can.
