I made it 8 chapters in...

I made it eight chapters into this book and I couldn't retain anything that would be useful or relevant to me or my business. The information within this book is generic, which isn't a bad thing, but it's so generic it's hard for me to draw myself to conclusions. the author has a rather soothing voice, and it's not unplug gerbil to listen to him, but he does have a habit of just droning on about a bit of information that feels irrelevant. I'm sorry, but I don't think that I could refer this book to other like-minded business owners looking to expand their knowledge.

Clear presentation of information

It takes you through the entire process step-by-step, telling stories along the way which is really helpful to understand the information and be able to apply it. He also provides helpful information we can get from his website. Good information regarding how to market and gain new clients without being sales he, instead being authentic.

List website to visit and use which doesn't exist

I wanted to enjoy this book and was very excited to get it. Everything was OK until the book instructs readers to visit a website and register to be able to use fully the contents of the book but the website does not exist. Perhaps it may have existed at the time the book was published but now it just returns an error that the website does not exist.
