About this listen
When Penny surrenders to Drake, he decides to be a nice mage and make all her dreams come true. Trouble is, someone else is meddling with the tentative balance between the two would-be lovers. The deception sorcerer twists the tangled web tighter and tighter until everyone is caught in their own lies. Because that isn’t enough, the TMD (Technical Magical Department) want the hurters and the witch who made them. With broken contracts, broken heads, and broken hearts, can anything as delicate as love survive?
Reader Warning: This series is ridiculous. You will probably love it. If you're inspired to get your own diabolical weasel or mage, I claim no responsibility for any subsequent bites.

Not as bad as expected
This is narrated by a virtual voice, so I expected it to be horrible. I like the books in this series, however, so I thought I’d give it a try anyway. The virtual voice doesn’t do emotion or character variation, of course, but it does very well otherwise. I found after a few minutes, I rarely noticed anything amiss. So, like I said, it wasn’t as bad as I expected.
