Good. Really good!!!
I was captivated with the introduction in that it is personal and drew me in to his story. I was intrigued and couldn't stop listening.
The author did a great job with providing bits of interesting information. I can practice these techniques whenever I feel I need a break from a crazy day but mostly this audiobook motivates me to start taking care of me with breath work every day!
The narrator is easy to listen to.

Everyone should listen to this!
Breathing is something we do all the time, but has anyone actually taken the time to teach you how to harness your breath? The author of this book does a fantastic job of explaining the benefits of deep breathing for relaxation, focus and reducing anxiety - something we can all use in modern society. The exercises are easy and enjoyable to do, and the narrator does a great job of keeping you engaged and relaxed at the same time. Highly recommend!

Another powerful technique to use with meditation?
After some issues with my energetic behavior within my body, I have searched the depths of spiritual blogs, videos, and websites, with hopes of finding techniques that will aid me on my journey that go beyond meditation or yoga. This journey led me to discovering the magic of pranayama, and since then, tons more breath work practitioners. Enter “breathwork technique coach for deep breathing” by John White Jr. The author infuses powerful techniques with the accompaniment of healing sounds to encapsulate an energetically positive environment that sets the listener up to boost their energy with breathwork; a technique I have overlooked until recently. The unique applications of this powerful technique in the audiobook have not only guided me in calming my nervous system for better functioning, mainly, having the two hemispheres of my brain work in tandem more fluently, but has also helped me move lots of stuck energy that was in my system, I believe from practicing kundalini yoga in the past and having it fry my nervous system a little. Love this for morning spiritual practice and calming down ready for enhanced sleep.
