Publisher's summary

Dive into the newly revised and expanded edition of Brolach, that explores the realms of demons, angels, and vampires from the imaginative pen of New York Times, USA TODAY, and #1 Dark Fantasy bestseller Marata Eros—a must-read for fans of 50 Shades and True Blood.
  • " No other authors ... brought out as much heat as Eros does. I literally have to fan myself while reading her work..."
  • "...oh hot hot hot..."
  • "...Brilliant!"

Please note that the DEMON Serial explores themes of extreme violence throughout, offering a tale not suitable for the faint-of-heart. Reader discretion is advised.

Ruby, an exotic dancer fleeing a murderous father, finds refuge at sea, embracing the quiet and lonely existence of the unseen. When her abusive boss crosses a line, an unexpected savior intervenes, setting Ruby on a path she never anticipated.

Brolach, a demon warrior on a mission to locate females with sufficient demon blood for breeding in Hades, becomes Ruby's unexpected rescuer. Unbeknownst to them, a shared blood tie may exact a price in blood, intertwining their fates in ways neither could foresee.

While serving as the first installment in The Demon Series, delving into The Druid and Siren Series first may enhance the overall reading experience. This novella-length tale spans over 150 pages in paperback, offering a captivating introduction to a world where survival hinges on claiming what is theirs.

The imaginative liberties and punishments

This story was... different. It at least had some imaginative character creation which was interesting . The Ai reader was good at pauses and wasn't too robotic sounding but it also wasn't good with voice inflections and though it wasn't that bad, it was still relatively flat toned where some voice inflections would have been appreciated. And the story left off on a ci.plete cliff hanger which for me is a writer foul.
